S1 E12 when Michael tells Joan every logistical detail goes through her hands, troops vehicles and munitions. He says if she screws up lives can be lost. Amanda ends up losing hers due to the munitions. It took me a few watches to catch this, what are your thoughts…..did Michael ever piece that together? Or was it not Joan’s fault in the first place…
